The history of flatbread goes back at least 5000 years when men and women first began “baking” in enclosed earthen mounds. We proudly bring this amazing taste to your table from the heart of Turkey which is hosting the first manifestations civilisations and human-made monumental architectures. We’re passionate about delivering great-tasting, freshly handcrafted pastries to you. Our signature tastes flatbread and borek are made with great quality sourced ingredients, such as creamy 100% mozzarella, fresh vegetables, and impeccable meats.  For you, it's not just better food. flatbread was founded by a team of like-minded foodies; a group of friends who have always liked to eat, drink, and create amazing food together. Our hobby quickly led us to opening this Fast Food Restaurant, a place where people from all over Edinburgh can meet to enjoy our special dishes and comfortable atmosphere.
